Also as a courtesy, I will submit bills to your insurance company for evaluations. For treatment session reimbursement, I will make it simple for you, giving you all of the forms and information that you need to submit. People who submit their receipts regularly minimize cash flow issues. If you need to make different arrangements, please speak with me to develop a mutually agreeable payment plan.
