In 2026, my rate is $290/45 minutes unless another rate is negotiated.
I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not participate directly with your health plan. As a courtesy, with your permission, I will contact your insurance company to understand and explain to you the details of your out-of-network benefits. For treatment session reimbursement, I will give you the forms and information that you need to submit. People who submit their receipts regularly minimize cash flow issues. If you need to make different arrangements, please speak with me to develop a mutually agreeable payment plan.
- The office will submit bills for Medicare patients.
- The office policy is that all others pay at each session.
I will give you a submissible receipt for payment at each counseling session.
The session fee is charged if there is less than 24 hours notice, with exceptions that can be discussed for individual circumstances.
